受体交叉(receptor crossover)
受体与配体的结合是高度特异的, 但这种特异性不是绝对的, 如胰岛素受体除结合胰岛素外, 还可同胰岛素样生长因子结合。糖皮质(激)素受体除同糖皮质(激)素结合以外
受体与配体的结合是高度特异的, 但这种特异性不是绝对的, 如胰岛素受体除结合胰岛素外, 还可同胰岛素样生长因子结合。糖皮质(激)素受体除同糖皮质(激)素结合以外, 还可同其它甾类激素结合, 反之亦然。这种受体与配体交叉结合的现象称为受体交叉。
