做法:1、选上好白菜嫩层,切成6厘米宽,3厘米长下入开水锅淖透,沥静水待用。
2、肉馅放入葱、姜、米、料酒、盐、味精调好味,抹在白菜上打成卷。
3、上蒸锅蒸10分钟,取出放在盘内摆好,用清汤勾成芡汁淋在上面即可。
